Shipping policy

Local door-to-door delivery service:

Delivery Areas: 

1. The delivery areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories. If the delivery address is on outlying islands or designated remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount. 

2. Please do not use a post office box as the delivery address. 

 

Delivery Fees: 

1. Free delivery is available for purchases over HKD 200. 

 

Delivery Time: 

1. In general, the products will be shipped within three working days after the order is confirmed and payment is received. We will use SF Express for delivery, and customers can expect to receive the products within five to seven working days. 

2. The following are the delivery or business hours of SF Express: 

Business addresses: delivered by 6:00 PM on the same day (Monday to Friday) 

Residential addresses: delivered by 8:00 PM on the same day (Monday to Friday) 

SF Express Service Centers: delivered by 6:00 PM on the same day (Monday to Friday) 

SF Express Stores: delivered by 7:00 PM on the same day (Monday to Friday) 

If the delivery cannot be made after 6:00 PM, please indicate in the order notes to avoid missed deliveries. However, we can only arrange as best as possible, and we seek your understanding. 

3. Delivery services may be suspended or delayed due to weather conditions, traffic, location, or other factors. Alternate arrangements will be made for the delivery time. 

4. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the products. If we are unable to provide any item or service in your order, we will notify you through Messenger, phone, or email before the delivery or pickup.
